1) On-Line Surf Lesson Bookings & Surf-Accommodation Surf Lesson Package Bookings
Thank you for scheduling your surfing lesson instruction with Quiksilver Surf School Bali - Indonesia.
In order to receive a full refund for any cancellations (surf lesson bookings and surf-accommodation surf lesson packages of two lessons or more per person), or changes to your reservation you must notify the Quiksilver Surf School Bali office by phone on +62 (0361) 731078 or +62 813 3879 0992, or you can email us at reservation@quiksilversurfschoolbali.com, 24 hours to 48 hours (one to two days) before the start of your lesson. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the lesson or no-shows will not be issued a refund. Bookings of one surfing lesson or surf-accommodation one surfing lesson package are non refundable. (A cancellation fee of one surfing lesson per person will be charged and deducted from your refund)
Refunds for surfing lessons already in process, or within 24 hours of commencement of start date and class time are non refundable and non transferable. All special case requests for refunds must be confirmed through Quiksilver Surf School Bali Management Head Office.
Complimentary Hotel Pick up and Transfers to Surfing Lessons
Surf Lesson Students are required to be at Jalan Pantai Legian Kaja
(Next to the Jayakarta Hotel) 15 minutes before your lesson.
Complimentary Hotel pick up and transfers must be confirmed no later than
24 hours before your scheduled time and day of surfing lesson class.
Complimentary Hotel Pick up and transfers to surf lessons must be
confirmed by phone or by Hotel Reception calling +62-361-731078 0r
+62-81338790992, for complimentary pick up and transfers to and from
accommodation.
2) On-Line Bookings Surf-Accommodation Tentative Confirmation
On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, we will contact you and provide you with a confirmation of accommodation availability and surf lesson bookings, Hotel, Villa or Losman rate (including any applicable tax), and the amount of payment required (total Hotel/Villa/Losman nights stay, plus total surfing lesson packages, plus any tax required).
Reservation Confirmation
Due to high demand our accommodation is usually booked in advance. If no second preference is suggested we will offer the next compatible Villa/Hotel/Losman accommodation according to similar location and rate per night.
Change to bookings
All requests for changes to bookings at your chosen accommodation must be made in writing (via email is acceptable: reservation@quiksilversurfschoolbali.com). We will endeavour to accommodate booking changes, this will only occur subject to availability. Accommodation is not transferable to other Hotels, Villas or Losmans.
Cancellation Policy
Quiksilver Surf School Bali, Surf-Accommodation packages requires that all cancellations are notified in writing (via email is acceptable: reservation@quiksilversurfschoolbali.com). High and Low Seasons
Unless otherwise noted booking seasons in Bali are: exact dates can be found detailed on each Villa/Hotel/Losman accommodation page under Hotel Notes.

Minimum Stays
Minimum nights stays are as follows:
Low Seasons : 3 nights
High Seasons : 3 nights
Peak Seasons : 7 nights
Villa/Hotel/Losman daily rates also vary according to the season, rates are subject to change without notice. All rates are inclusive of tax and service charges and are quoted in United States Dollars (US$). All taxes are in accordance with government regulations. Service charge is applied at the industry standard. Rates are for Villa/Hotel/Losman room rentals per night only. All other costs are at the expense of the Guest unless noted as inclusions on the written confirmation advice.
Please Note: It is the policy of most Villas, Hotels and Losmans that all guests sign a credit card authorization form at check-in to cover the possible cost of any damages that may occur to the rented premises due to the occupancy of the premises by the guest. All guests will also be required to sign a Waiver of Liability form at check in.
Functions and Events
Villas, Hotels and Losmans must approve any functions or events you plan to hold during your stay in one of their properties, including approval for guest numbers that exceed 50% above the number of guests registered to stay. Such approval is at the sole discretion of the Villas, Hotels and Losmans and will be priced accordingly. Full terms and conditions for the staging of functions and events will be forwarded upon application.
Villas, Hotels and Losmans reserve the right to insist on the appointment of a professional Event Organizer before permission to hold a function is granted.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villas, Hotels and Losmans reserve the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies. Surfing is a dangerous sport and all responsibility will be taken for participants but no liability or negligence legal action may be taken against Quiksilver Surf School Bali or its employees or associates for any injury, accident or unforeseen circumstance. Quiksilver Surf School Bali is not responsible to pay any medical cost that is incurred by clients during surf lessons. All care help and assistance will be given in case of mishaps or injury.
Responsibility
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay with your chosen Villas, Hotels and Losmans, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
US$ Bank Account Details and Credit Card Transfers
Bank Account details, or details for making credit card payments for transfer of rental funds, will be sent at the same time as the tentative booking confirmation.
Payment
Payment can be made in cash or credit card via PayPal account. Foreign currency accepted e.g. US$, AU$, Euro and Yen. Credit Card accepted e.g. Visa, Master and American Express. All major payment must be settled within 2 hours before departure time. For long term guest monthly bill must be paid every 1st. of each month.
